Light Pendant: Ikea (here)
I never imagined myself being excited to have an actual Dining Room. The idea seemed a bit outdated to me, so I was surprised at myself when I found myself eager to decorate our little space. Right off of the living room in our house there are these mini french doors that open into the little dining space. It’s not huge, but it’s just enough to feel cozy and quaint.
Because the floor in this room is darker than the rest of the house, finding the right table proved to be difficult. I wanted it to be wooden, but I didn’t want it to clash with the flooring. This was a little hidden gem we found at ikea. It was one of the last of its kinds so it was super on sale.
Also, we switched out a chandelier the house came with for the simple white pendant pictured above. We found this little guy at Ikea as well!
Our chairs I ordered off of Amazon. It required a good amount of research, but I am obsessed with the ones we settled on and they are SO comfortable.
Wall Hanging: Melody Fulone (shop here)
For details I mixed a little old and handmade with the new. Featured on the wall is a vintage print I found thrifting and an adorable wall hanging that was gifted to me from a dear friend. I wanted subtle pops of colors amongst all the white. Although, I couldn’t help but incorporate white details like the stunning macrame placemats!
I was set on having a bar cart in this space. It’s always been a dream of mine to have a stocked bar cart, and while ours has a way to go, I’m loving the way it looks.
This little cart was a steal in the Target clearance section for $28.90! I practically danced around the store as I wheeled it to the check out.
I hope you enjoyed seeing a little bit more of our home! Is it fun to see it come together?? What would you like to see next?? Let us know!
